Humantay Lake tour 1 day

We will start this day with pick up from your hotel at 4:30 to 5:00 am, together with our guide we will board our tourist transport that will take us through the northwest of the city of Cusco until we reach the district of Mollepata where we will make our first stop to have breakfast.

After breakfast we will travel 1 hour until we arrive to Soraypampa (3900 masl), where our transportation arrives and from where we begin our trekking to the Humantay Lake, after the recommendations of our guide we will begin the journey to the Humantay Lake, those who wish can take horses to climb very close to the Humantay Lake.

Arriving at the Humantay Lake (4180 masl / 13799 ft), we can appreciate the charm of Humantay Lake and its turquoise color, at the foot of the Nevado Humantay, where our guide will give us explanations of the geography and its color that pleases the eyes. After contemplating the Humantay Lagoon, we will start the way down to Soraypampa and take our mobility to go to the restaurant for a rest and enjoy a delicious lunch.

After lunch we will say goodbye to Mollepata to return to the city of Cusco, arrival approx. 7:00 pm.
