Sacred Valley Tour 1 day Cusco

We will start with the pick up from your hotel from 6:30 to 7:00 am to board our tourist transport to our first stop in Chinchero, we will make the tour with our guide to visualize an agricultural terraces and remains of the hacienda of Tupac Inca Yupanqui and its beautiful colonial temple built on the Inca foundation.

Continuing our trip, we will arrive to the terraces of Moray, where we will be able to observe 3 pits, 2 small and one of great size, it is said that these circular terraces were used as Inca agricultural laboratory, for its different microclimates that presents each one of the terraces.

Then we will travel to the salt mines or Salineras, where we will observe more than 3000 wells where they capture salt water and expose it to the sun.

Continuing the trip we will go to Urubamba where a delicious lunch awaits us, then continue our journey to the archaeological center of Ollantaytambo, where we can see the famous chacana engraved on a huge stone, Ollantaytambo is also well known because it is the main access to Machu Picchu.

To finish our visit to the sacred valley vip, we will return to Urubamba to reach the archaeological park of Pisaq, which if we have the time we can enter to visit it if not we can see from the viewpoint the terraces built on the slopes of the hill that have the shape of a bird. Then we will return to the city of Cusco, arrival approx 7:00 pm.
